In ancient times, a dragon's claw clutching a jewel or stone was said to protect the treasure from evil forces attempting to steal it.
This 10k gold charm was converted from an antique stick pin (circa 1910-1920) by removing the pin stem and adding a jump ring bail. It features a talon holding a square cut ruby.
The piece measures 0.8 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.35 inches wide, and it is in very good condition.
Materials: 10k gold, Ruby.
